Amantran started with a simple frustration: sending the same PDF to 500 people and calling it a "personalized" invitation. We built the platform we wished existed.
The Story
In 2023, Heet Gabani was helping plan a family wedding when he faced the same problem everyone does: a spreadsheet of 400 guests, a beautiful PDF invitation, and no way to add each person's name without spending hours in Photoshop.
The workaround — sending a generic PDF with a separate "Dear [Name]" text message — felt wrong. It was impersonal. It looked rushed. It didn't reflect the warmth the family actually felt for their guests.
